Requirements

Requirements for Boarding & Doggie Day Care Only

For the safety of our facility and our guests, the following are required to be on record with us prior to your pet's visit.

All vaccinations must be administered within 48 hours of arrival

Vaccinations
Rabies: 1-3 year

DHPP: Yearly (titer results will be accepted)
Bordetella: Given 6 months or yearly

Other
Fecal Examination: Proof done within the last year
Flea Preventative: Highly recommended to be used yearly

City Ordinances (city residents only)
Per the City of Chicago, we MUST have proof of City Dog License on file.

Feeding
To ensure your pets comfort, we ask that you bring their food. This helps prevent them having an upset tummy!

If your pet has allergies or issues with certain foods, PLEASE tell us! We like to give out treats and don't want to upset anybody!

Pet's Belongings
We welcome you to bring a favorite bed or towel of your pet, but please nothing too big in case we must wash it!

Any favorite toy, treat, or chewie that makes your pet comfortable is fine with us.

However, please be aware that pets destroy and steal stuff, so we do our best to keep belongings separated!

Just bring them in there cage! Don't forget there food!
